At KMR Counseling, I am dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to individuals struggling with mental health issues. My goal is to empower you to achieve your personal and professional goals, and to improve your overall quality of life.
I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.
I am a licensed professional counselor with 14 plus years of experiences in a variety of therapeutic settings including crisis intervention, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient. I specialize in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, and trauma.
